Important: If you are accessing ji99 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to this Agreement, and your acceptance of this Agreement constitutes acceptance on behalf of that person.
Access to and use of ji99's gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to use the Platform's services. You must not be subject to any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that prevents you from entering into binding contracts or engaging in online gambling activities.
⚠ Strict Enforcement: Ji99 performs age verification checks as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
Each person may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the ji99 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or any other identifying information — constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Ji99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify ji99's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Ji99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at other points as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You must provide requested identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — within the timeframe specified by ji99. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
Ji99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by ji99 and displayed at the point of transaction. Ji99 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum deposits, and transaction limits without prior notice.
Note: Ji99 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the official Platform. Do not attempt to fund your account through unofficial channels — ji99 will not be responsible for funds lost through unauthorized transfer methods.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed ji99's KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests will be declined if verification is outstanding. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ji99's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji99's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ji99 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ji99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for a breach of this Agreement, ji99 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as at the player's own request — any available real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonuses) will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Ji99 may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute between you and ji99 relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through ji99's customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
