Ji99 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who interacts with the Platform. Ji99 uses the personal data we collect for the following specific purposes:

• Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your ji99 player account, including processing your registration details, verifying your identity, and managing your account settings and preferences.

• Direct Communications: Sending you account-related notifications, transaction confirmations, security alerts, and — where you have consented — promotional communications about ji99 offers and new games.

Ji99 processes your personal data on the following legal bases as recognized under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you accepted when registering your ji99 account — including account management, transaction processing, and KYC verification.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, AMLA obligations, NPC requirements, and other applicable Philippine legal requirements — including identity verification, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.
• Legitimate Interest: Processing undertaken for ji99's legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights — including fraud prevention, platform security, and aggregate analytics for service improvement.
• Consent: Processing for purposes beyond the above — such as sending promotional communications — conducted only where you have provided freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting ji99 support or updating your account notification preferences.

Ji99 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the minimum retention periods required by applicable Philippine laws and regulations. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship and for a period of at least five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction, in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR requirements.
• KYC Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the relevant interaction.
• Technical and Session Data: Typically retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required for security or compliance purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with consent obligations and for the period of marketing activity, plus three (3) years.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized. Where anonymization is applied, the resulting data is no longer personal data and may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Ji99 implements comprehensive technical, organizational, and physical security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and ji99's servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) with a minimum 256-bit key length — the same standard used by major Philippine banks and financial institutions.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored in ji99's databases — including KYC document data and financial account references — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms.
• Access Controls: Internal access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff members are granted access only to the data required to perform their specific role. All access is logged and auditable.
• Password Security: Player account passwords are stored exclusively in cryptographically hashed form. Ji99 does not store passwords in readable form, and no ji99 employee can view your password.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: Sensitive account actions, including password changes and large withdrawals, require OTP verification via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Security Monitoring: Ji99's systems are monitored continuously for unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and security anomalies. Automated alerts escalate potential security incidents for immediate investigation.
• Third-Party Security Audits: Ji99's platform and security controls are subject to periodic review and testing by qualified third-party security professionals.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, ji99 will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the timeframes and procedures required by the Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations.

Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by ji99. These rights may be exercised by contacting ji99's Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 15.

• Right to Be Informed: You have the right to be informed whether ji99 holds personal data about you and, if so, what data is held and how it is being used. This Policy is part of how ji99 fulfills this obligation.
• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data ji99 holds about you. Ji99 will provide this information within thirty (30) days of a valid request, subject to identity verification.
• Right to Correction: You may request that inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete personal data be corrected. Some corrections can be made through your account settings; others require a formal request to the DPO.
• Right to Erasure or Blocking: You may request that ji99 delete or block processing of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful. Note that ji99 may be required to retain certain data by law even after an erasure request.
• Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest where your interests override ji99's.
• Right to Data Portability: Where technically feasible, you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to File a Complaint: If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

The ji99 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Ji99 does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from any person under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling.

If ji99 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all collected data will be reviewed, the account will be permanently closed, and all personal data associated with the underage account will be deleted from ji99's active systems to the extent permitted by legal retention obligations.

The ji99 Platform integrates third-party services including game software providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. These third parties may process certain technical and transaction data as necessary to provide their services to ji99. All such third parties are evaluated for data security compliance before engagement and are bound by contractual data processing obligations consistent with the Data Privacy Act.

Ji99 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party software providers whose games are hosted or streamed through the ji99 Platform. Players interacting with live dealer games hosted by third-party studio providers should note that those interactions may be subject to the provider's own privacy terms in addition to this Policy.

In the course of providing its services, ji99 may transfer certain personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, game software providers or technology infrastructure partners whose servers are located in other jurisdictions.

Any such cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only where adequate data protection standards are ensured at the receiving jurisdiction — either through the existence of a NPC-recognized adequate protection level, standard contractual clauses incorporating data protection obligations equivalent to those required under Philippine law, or binding corporate rules. Ji99 does not transfer personal data to countries that do not provide adequate protection for such data.

Ji99 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform services, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or how your data is used — will be communicated to registered players via account notification or email at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Non-material changes — such as clarifications, corrections, or updates to reflect minor operational changes — may take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Policy on this page. The effective date at the top of this Policy is updated each time any change is made.

Continued use of the ji99 Platform following the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with any change to this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact ji99's DPO to exercise your data subject rights.

If you are not satisfied with ji99's response to your privacy concern, you have the right to file a formal complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC is the supervisory authority responsible for enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Information about filing an NPC complaint is available on the NPC's official website. Ji99 cooperates fully with NPC investigations and complies with all NPC orders and decisions.
